I've had cuts from various outlets of this company and they've been pretty decent. However, visiting this outlet was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had, from waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to having to ask the stylist to stop because the cut was nothing like what I requested. I always ask for the same style and it's always been right until this time, where it was completely off. Could be the incompetence of the stylist I had? Overall, wouldn't suggest this branch unless you get a competent staff member for the cut.About

This was quite an odd experience. However, I shall solely discuss the service provided and my rating reflects just that. I typically refrain from giving negative ratings. My child received a haircut and it could not have gone worse even if they had attempted to do so. The hair is uneven all over. (Image depicts the front, taken at home after a wash). I've tried numerous places but nothing matches the excellence, service, and ambiance of 1999 House of Nails.
I don't get my nails done frequently, but I've been utilizing the services at 1999 House of Nails for a couple of years now and every time I leave, I'm thrilled! They always nail the design I want, and my natural nails have never been healthier! I recently had gel X extensions which lasted a month! They would've lasted longer if I didn't need shorter nails for work/study. My natural nails were undamaged and actually grew so long during that time, I'm ecstatic!About

Te Aroha is incredibly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable; you feel completely at ease throughout the experience. I underwent the 7D HIFU treatment in June and witnessed immediate, transformative results! Te Aroha even sent me a text the following morning to check on my recovery. Had a fantastic experience at jk hair today. The hairstylist was very skilled and friendly. Wanted a haircut and dye my hair. Had a few choices of colors when i went in. Discussed with the stylist, she was straightforward regarding what she thought and gave her honest opinion about my hair. The conversation throughout the haircut was smooth and you won't feel pressured to talk or feel awkward. While I waited for hair dye to settle in, the stylist even provided me a cushion to rest my arms so I can sit straight and play on my phone. The result is great. Received praises from family when I got home.
