As a regular patron here, I typically find this place enjoyable to visit on weekends. However, I have noticed a decline in the level of customer service recently. There was a specific staff member (individual with ginger hair, beard, and glasses) who was particularly rude and unhelpful. When inquired about the various types of room deodorizers available, they either did not bother to explain or seemed unaware. Additionally, there has been a significant price hike from $40 to $80 per bottle for a medium-sized bottle of deodorizer, with no official price tags displayed on the shelf. I received notifications of two withdrawals from my account, one with Afterpay and another with regular EFTPOS. The lady assisting me blamed me and refused to help or rectify the situation. Improve your staff or train them on basic decency because this was unacceptable.
