I value my time and do not wish to waste it on a re-capture using a phone camera. Furthermore, customers should be informed about the camera situation before any charges are imposed. Most individuals carry smartphones these days, so if you are going to use phone cameras for official photos and charge $13, why should customers visit your shop?
