I indulged in a 1-hour massage here, and it was truly one of the best I've ever had. The therapist was incredibly skilled, and I've had massages all around the globe. The ambiance was perfect - a clean room with just the right temperature. It was a relaxing and professional experience. I'm absolutely smitten with the fresh spot of Redcross op shop, and I thoroughly enjoy browsing around. On my recent trips there, I stumbled upon some treasures, as well as some practical items too. There are two wonderful ladies there, Lisa and Kristin. They're my go-to ladies, and since I don't drive, they're always accommodating if I need to leave larger items for another day. They even graciously delivered a piece of furniture to me yesterday for a very fair fee, which I'll happily return this week. One favorite find of mine from a few weeks back was a charming vintage stool, so quaint, wooden with three legs. There's always something that catches my eye in the store, and I can't recall ever walking into an op shop over the years without finding something I simply must have. With Lovely Lisa and Sweet Kristin working there, they exhibit excellent customer service qualities that many people lack in this town, country, and the world. There's not enough emphasis placed on good old-fashioned kind customer service qualities these days; it's all about the money in many stores!! Another op shop I adore is Cranford Hospice op shop, as well as SPCA op shop in Napier and St. Vincent, etc. By. Keep an eye on this spot. The woman will try to cheat you if she thinks she can slip it past you. The last time I visited there, we settled on a price and then she handed me $20 less than agreed. I know she's sharp; she's a shrewd businesswoman. She must have been aware. I was. It was clear it was short. But she stared into my eyes and insisted it was the full amount when it clearly wasn't. What a pity. Charlotte did a stunning job of me and my bridesmaid's makeup on my wedding day. She understood exactly what I wanted and it lasted all day through many joyous tears and heavy rain on the day. Charlotte is so composed, calm, and collected which was incredibly helpful in the morning. Would highly recommend again and again!!

However, one drawback is the absence of a website. It would be wonderful if they could establish a website for online reservations, even though it may involve some expense. Extremely disappointed with the service from consultant Francois Kleyn at Turners Dunedin.
I was emailed informing me that I had won an auction on a van with a chairlift and that it could take up to a week for telematics to be removed and that there was rust not previously mentioned. We agreed I was still interested and that I would wait the time needed.
After days of waiting we get confirmation everything is sorted and we can collect. We told back up options that we had sorted something and they could sell on. Only to be texted and told we never won the van and it had been sold that first day, sorry, his mistake...?!
