Went for a trim and absolutely do not recommend it. It was a painful experience for someone with a high pain threshold; it felt like she was tugging on my hair with scissors as they were not gliding smoothly during the cut. My hair is a complete mess; I asked for layers and ended up with three-quarters of my head the same length and very short. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre, so I went to the first hair salon I saw. If I had known there were others, I definitely would not have chosen this one. I held back the 5-star rating due to my interactions with the same individual at the front counter on 6 occasions.
