He messaged me before my appointment and apologized that his current client was taking longer than expected - can we reschedule?? After some texting back and forth, he agreed to notify me when he finished with that client - so I could still get it done that day. But no!! then he messaged to say he was done for the day and asked if I could come back next week. I've encountered situations where the staff at this chemist have left me feeling intimidated and humiliated. Once while purchasing a pharmacy-only medication, and once while trying to fill a private prescription. Requested the hair stylist to avoid using the large shaver on my hair. Trimming around the ears with a small shaver was acceptable. However, she assured me of her expertise, then proceeded to use the large shaver, shaving down the side of my head. When I questioned her actions, she reiterated her confidence in her skills. I expected to have a say in my haircut, but it seemed otherwise.

After providing all the technical details and numbers, a staff member confirmed it could be done for a certain price, which turned out to be higher than what a high-end automotive locksmith specialist had quoted. Despite this, I decided to visit the branch due to its proximity, but was shocked when the staff member raised the price upon arrival, claiming it was the actual cost. Their lack of transparency in pricing is concerning. Avoid this store if you want to avoid being overcharged. The staff member present was of European descent.
