I was hoping to give feedback after utilizing the services here.
However, upon joining the queue with a 40 min wait, I was told to return after 20 Mins. Yet, the wait time extended to around 25 Mins. 3 individuals were waiting. One customer then engaged a barber for 20 Mins making a purchase. The wait time remained stagnant. No communication with the waiting customers. I was seeking a place for regular visits, but upon checking the wait time again, it had increased.

Utterly disappointed, went in with my child for a complete foot treatment and a hand pampering session. Firstly, they were unaware that I understood their language, breaking rule number one: never converse in a different language and speak negatively about a patron without knowing their background. Secondly, I had to instruct the manicurist to trim my cuticles and push them back, essentially guiding her on the procedure, which was quite irksome. The salon appeared clean. I paid $65 for a spa pedicure and the removal of old gel. I declined a massage and they offered a partial refund. The spa water was tepid to cold. The male technician used a drill to remove all the old gel, which heats the nail and can cause skin irritation. There was no foot or heel scrub, nor was there any effort to remove old skin. He even used his nail under my toenail to steady my toe while painting, lacking care. Placing my feet into the dryer was done haphazardly, causing my toes to repeatedly hit the equipment's top despite my efforts to avoid it. The nail cuts were uneven, and the color application was poorly done. The whole process felt rushed. Typically, leaving a salon, one's feet and toes feel refreshed and clean. Unfortunately, mine do not. I'll have to scrub them myself.
