Extremely unprofessional. I requested to have my Passport photos taken, the ladies were very rude. I felt uneasy after hearing "you do it," "paper scissors rock," or "I did the photos last week." I was very uncomfortable in the photography room; the lady taking the photos seemed like she was having a tantrum. We made a reservation online. We found it quite challenging to enter the pool as there were no steps. Although there were grab rails, they weren't convenient for those with mobility issues. It took us a long time to get into the pool. The water was lukewarm - we would have preferred it to be warmer. The pool didn't fill up to the top jet, which was disappointing. We were surprised when the water suddenly drained after a relatively short time in the pool, leaving us wondering how to exit! After a lengthy and concerning struggle, one of us managed to get out and assist the other. Overall, it was quite a frightening experience! When we spoke to the receptionist, she mentioned that there were more user-friendly pools available but not promoted online! It's essential for anyone with mobility issues to inquire about steps at the very least! We wouldn't consider returning. It was quite pricey!

I have just come back from the most wonderful massage at Le Siam Thai Massage in Ngāmotu with Yaya. It was absolutely blissful! I have just moved here recently to start a new job, and had a lot of stress in my body. I was really in the hands of an expert with Yaya, and could totally let go and enjoy the massage. It really was blissful. I relaxed deeply and went into another place where I could feel so soothed and nurtured by her massage. It was quite healing for me after my stressful time here adjusting to the new job and workplace. I totally recommend Yaya as a massage therapist. I would happily return to this centre for another massage, and will do in future.
