Sheryl is amazing! She genuinely cares for her customers. She makes sure that the colour and cut is exactly what you want. The level of service Sheryl provides I’ve never experienced anywhere else. And on top of that the price is very affordable! I love how my hairs look now, the colour is not washing out like the one I had at a different salon. I would 100% recommend Sheryl if you want to be treated like a Queen!

I recently had a very disheartening experience at Chemist Warehouse. The pharmacist I encountered was extremely impolite and unkind. During my visit, I was questioned by them about the regular medications that I require for my health. Despite these medications being prescribed by my GP, the pharmacist acted as if they knew better than my doctor about my medical needs. Huge thanks to the wonderful Max for his outstanding customer service, product expertise, and endless patience - convincing someone who has always used L'Oréal and Clinique products to try new brands is no small feat, but he successfully won over my nan, who is now a loyal Mecca customer. My nan hasn't stopped gushing about the whole experience this afternoon, "Max really listened to me, cared for me, and made me feel fabulous. It was such a blast, when can we do it again?" To get to MECCA Sylvia Park in Sylvia Park, located at 286 Mount Wellington Highway, Auckland 1060, New Zealand, you can take the 295 bus from Britomart Transport Centre to Sylvia Park Interchange. From there, it's just a short walk to the store. If driving, head south on Sylvia Park Road from the intersection with Mount Wellington Highway, then turn right onto the driveway leading to the shopping centre where MECCA is located.

If you have scissors to cut hair use them. I felt ripped off came out looking like what I went in with. It was a trim at the bottom. Their prices are ridiculous now. Hence why I shop around and will no longer go to them. They should have specific pricing. Men's/women's short or long is different $50 above. They will use the straightener when you haven’t asked. I could have cut my own hair. Really disappointed they have gone this route. I've been a patron of Ratree's salon since I was 9 years old, which was over 20 years ago. I've never sought services elsewhere. Ratree and her sister are both warm and welcoming. My late mother used to frequent this salon, so I continue the tradition of getting my hair done here in her memory. The salon is much more hygienic and courteous compared to others I've visited, regardless of how busy it may be. Patience is key when visiting. I look forward to my appointment with Ratree in the New Year. I only cut my hair once annually. I'd like a quiff undercut, please! 👋🥺
