I was scheduled in with a health professional regarding fillers to fix a droopy eyelid. It took over half an hour to drive to my 3:15pm Friday appointment only for the health professional to say I had to see one of their doctors because it is a high risk treatment... none of whom were available to see me. I informed the receptionist of my needs so they should've known to schedule me with a doctor. I saw a naturopath who sent me for shoulder x-rays and an ultrasound, but nothing obvious showed up. Don’t even bother going to this shop. Advertised a gown online for $449.99 In store they charged us $599.99 when asked about it they said online price is wrong. Whose fault is that?? The right thing to do is to honour the online price that’s their fault. Definitely will not recommend this business to anyone. Wish I had been seen all the negative reviews before going here. I have a small pigment on my cheek, so I found this local Kiwi business through Google for my first-ever skin/beauty appointment. I met a consultant in early August and was quoted $165 for 3 laser visits monthly. Great. I informed the beautician I'd book in October, which I did via email. That's when things got tricky. I received an email response stating that what I was quoted was for an Autumn procedure (note autumn is April/May in NZ). Instead, I was told I needed to book derma needling for $500-700. At this point, I couldn't tell if it was incompetence or a sly upsell - who knows! So, I didn't proceed with the treatment. Ten days ago, I received a survey, likely from the 'on and off' marketing department. I raised all my concerns in it. Guess what - no response. I suppose I won't get one here either! I had sciatica mainly in my right hip, through my right thigh, down to my foot for two years with one bad 8 month stint that I could not sit at the computer and hated getting in the car. Thai massage on my back and hamstrings plus stretching over-tight thighs has reduced the pain to 1 or 2 scale and only in my foot. Very relieved about this. Noy seems to find the muscles that are sore by her fingertips and thumbs.
