I tried the keratin treatment, but there's been no change in my hair. When I told the stylist, I was told my hair was naturally frizzy. The smell was overpowering, and when I asked for a mask, I was told to buy my own. I wouldn't recommend this place. I purchased a package of three laser sessions, which were supposed to include a free face mask and LED face treatment, but I did not receive them during any of my sessions. Additionally, I had a full leg treatment yesterday, and I have a tattoo on my lower leg. I felt a burning sensation around my tattoo area after the session, and when I mentioned it to the therapist, she assured me not to worry. However, upon checking today, part of my tattoo area is blistered and painful. This is highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend this service.About

Compared to my previous keratin treatments which left my new front hair looking great. When I called to address my concerns, the response was rude and unprofessional.
