First time trying nanoplasty hair treatment, had questions about the process due to the high cost. After the treatment, my hair looked funny and unmanageable when I blow-dried it at home. Compared to my previous keratin treatments which left my new front hair looking great. When I called to address my concerns, the response was rude and unprofessional.
