Have visited this place multiple times and had decent massages, except for my visit last week. Regrettably, I must give a 1-star rating based on that experience. I was attended to by an elderly lady, and the neck massage was excruciatingly intense. Despite requesting lighter pressure, it was still excessively forceful and caused significant discomfort. Days later, I suffered from severe neck pain, pulsating pain behind my eye, and nausea - leading me to suspect potential nerve damage.
