I scheduled an appointment here to get highlights in my hair! Just wanted to say the lady who did it & im so sorry I have forgotten your name, was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the whole way, Only took about 45 mins -1 hour but everything was explained really well & the end result was suburb! I think I will go back here to eventually get the rest of my hair done. The color just looks wonderful though, & the banter here is great, feels like a family when you walk in here. To get to Salon to Relax Wellington at 32 Davidson Crescent, Tawa, Wellington 5028, New Zealand by public transport, you can take bus number 220 from Wellington Central and get off at the Tawa Shops stop, then it's a short walk down Davidson Crescent to the salon. If you prefer to drive, you can take State Highway 1 to Tawa, turn onto Tawa Street, then left onto Davidson Crescent where the salon is located.

I am not happy with the service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the service even though I had made an appointment in advance. I went for the second most expensive hairdresser (Vinitha) and regret my decision as my haircut is nowhere near to any of the reference photos I had shown. The more I look at it the more it annoys me. I have a chunk of hair on my left scalp just chopped off like I was trying to get rid of a chewing gum stuck in the hair.
Also, I was asked to pay more than the price mentioned on the website and a $3 charge I don't know for what. As I arrived from abroad, I wanted to purchase coils, charger, batteries, and liquid. The person who assisted me was super quick. Coils were almost sold out, only 3 pieces left but were overpriced. When I tried to find a charger, he didn't bother showing me all the options available in the shop, so I refrained from buying. I hope this was due to my French-speaking background even though I tried to communicate in English.
I had to visit another store for my batteries.
That's how I ended up ordering from your website instead!
I discovered your store on my first visit this year in Auckland in February. The lady at your Mangere store was exceptional. She provided excellent service.
Please don't disappoint me.
