Lovely friendly lasses but issue persists with language barrier. They struggle to grasp your requests or acknowledge dissatisfaction. Gel nails were hastily done. Uneven and polish not reaching ends and sides. I specifically inquired if the chosen colour would be opaque to conceal my tips but thin coats left see-through patches. Despite expressing my discontent, I was dismissed. I surrender! Tane was patient, helpful, and so glad that he overhauled my eyebrows vs just going over my old markings. The amount of time he took to remeasure and re-do was phenomenal. To make this experience even better? Painless. Tane always made sure to check on my pain levels and stopped when needed to and reset. The outcome of my experience and eyebrows?? Flawless. Tane is an absolute magician. I have also had a lot of compliments on my eyebrows and enquiries on where I had them done. Directed them straight to this clinic and Tane. Feeling quite let down. Was quoted just over $1100 for xeomin injections every 3 months, whereas at all other places I've visited, I've paid $650 for the same areas and the results were satisfactory. Following my injections at the Kiwi Clinic, my face still had movement in all the lines that were typically frozen by other clinics. Additionally, I paid $720 for lip fillers, and we stopped at the suggestion of the injector who felt they looked appropriate for a natural appearance. However, once the swelling subsided in 4 weeks, it appeared as though I never had any filler at all. When I inquired, I was informed that as per our agreement, the injector had ceased treatment at my request, so if I desired better results, I would need to pay another $720, despite not utilizing the full amount in both sessions. I sought treatment elsewhere, paid $350, and 3 months later my lips still appear plump and enhanced. I felt like I was being taken advantage of at the Kiwi Clinic, as if the product I was paying for wasn't delivering. When I requested a reduction in cost by excluding my usual brow lift, the injector proceeded to treat my entire forehead and stated there would be no reduction in cost, even though I had requested fewer areas to be treated than before. I have since switched to another clinic where my injections cost $650 and everything remains frozen.About

I'm bewildered by the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism displayed by the two individuals we encountered today in the retail store. The tall individual with glasses exuded such discontent that it made us feel unwelcome. Arms folded, glaring at customers – not the ideal shopping ambiance. Then, the shorter individual with blonde hair appeared, rudely pushing past customers with a trolley. If this person were to accidentally collide with my mother, who has a hip injury, the consequences could be dire. Overall, neither of them motivated us to linger. I'll seek out a shopping destination where the staff radiate genuine happiness and enthusiasm for their work.
