I am definitely one of those folks who usually dislike having my photo taken but the whole experience from when Isla walked through my front door to the amazing photos (I got a few weeks later) exceeded my expectations and put all my fears to rest. What an unforgettable experience! Departed my home country with freshly manicured nails, hoping to find a salon in NZ for a touch-up before my upcoming wedding. The technician back in California whom I specifically requested seemed unwell, and I wish she had informed me beforehand. Her work this time was subpar compared to her usual standard. It felt as though she only heard the word "wedding" and disregarded everything else, resulting in a completely different look. Despite showing her a photo of the simple design I desired, I ended up with long, pointed ivory nails with sparkles instead of the short, natural almond shape in a peachy ombré hue that I wanted. The situation became comical as my nails started to lift during my adventures in NZ, causing my natural nails to weaken. The exaggerated length also attracted teasing remarks during my travels. I knew I needed a fresh set. After researching nail salons, I was fortunate to contact this one first. The technician listened attentively, grasped my exact vision, and executed it flawlessly. The nails lasted well beyond my trip and looked stunning on my wedding day. While this review is overdue, it's never too late to express my gratitude!
