This was the worst nail extension experience I've ever had. Despite booking for 2:35, we waited for over an hour and didn't even get the technician we chose. It took nearly 3 hours for the SNS, which was unacceptable. I wanted a cat eye design, but it turned out to be a shimmery SNS instead. I'm extremely disappointed. This will definitely be my first and last visit. Jade, who I assume is the owner/manager, tried to be friendly but seemed to put too much pressure on her staff. The pricing was exorbitant. What a fantastic spot, been a regular for years and the service is just as top-notch today as it was on my first visit. The team is super friendly, the shop is spotlessly clean, wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Even though it's a walk-in barbershop, the wait is usually not too long, and the quality of service and the friendly staff make any wait worthwhile. Ample parking available across the road.
