Avoid having eyelash extensions done here! Had extensions last Sat arvo. By Sun evening half had fallen out. Went back on the Mon morn & another tech 'fixed' them. They were uneven & looked terrible. By that evening I had to seek medical attention as my eyes were swelling and extremely sore. Needed removal, eye drops & washes & meds. Aroha is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my injuries now. She listens to what my body is doing and explains everything as she's going along. She asks if I'm doing ok or if she needs to stop if too painful. She knows where my pain is before I do most times and is stubborn to get rid of the knots she finds in my body which is causing me pain.
