I absolutely adore the ombre foils Tui put through my hair! They look totally natural, exactly how I desired. I took a risk trying out a new salon and it turned out amazing. Tui was professional, considerate and I really enjoyed meeting her. Highly recommend Hereby. I caught up with Finn last night for my initial consultation. Right away, I sensed I was in good hands as they were so well-informed, helpful, and incredibly warm.
There was no pressure to proceed with the treatment if I wasn't ready, but I decided to go ahead as I trusted their expertise.
Finn guided me through the entire procedure, which was fantastic and put me at ease; they were thorough and used top-notch equipment!
Afterward, Finn carefully bandaged my tattoos and provided detailed, honest aftercare instructions.

First time ever visiting a Vivo Salon and I'm so glad I booked here at the Lambton salon and was lucky enough to be booked in with Chloe, who did an absolutely amazing job with my hair!! I have been bleaching my hair for sometime and wanted to add some depth, Chloe knew the look I was after straight away after a brief chat and nailed the colour/toner and cut I was after! Walked away feeling so happy and lucky that I have found a skilled and nice hairdresser - Thanks so much Chloe, can't wait for my next appointment!

I hesitated to write this review, feeling guilty due to the current business challenges. However, I believe it's important to share my experience. My partner and I went for a couples massage, our first time away from our little one in months. I was excited until the massage began. The masseuse, supposedly with 30 years of experience, delivered a treatment that was far from satisfactory. I am familiar with Balinese massage and have had it numerous times, even in Indonesia, where I usually enjoy the style. This session felt rushed, erratic, with significant areas left untouched. It seemed as though the masseuse was in a hurry to finish. For about 15 minutes, she lightly touched my back over a towel without any real massage. Most of my legs were neglected, and none of the knots in my back were addressed. There was constant rustling of paper towels whenever she touched my neck, and my shoulders were only massaged when I lay on my back, which was uncomfortable. This would not be a concern if my cuticles hadn't been badly damaged, causing bleeding and pain for several days after.
