Madison was incredibly warm & friendly. Her communication was top-notch! She showed a real interest in me and my needs. Before we began, she inquired about past treatments and their outcomes, and offered guidance if there were any post-treatment discomforts. Throughout the procedure, she checked on my comfort and asked if she could proceed. Afterward, she provided me with post-treatment instructions (no exfoliation or direct sunlight on treated areas for at least the next 24 hours). Despite the slight discomfort of the laser, she made the whole experience very comfortable and I hope all my future appointments are with her!About
