I'm happy to report that I found Renata to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant to interact with. She was thorough and dedicated, taking the necessary time and care to ensure my eyeliner was expertly applied. She addressed all my queries, and while it's early days, I'm satisfied with her work and plan to return for final touches in a few weeks. Before we began, she inquired about past treatments and their outcomes, and offered guidance if there were any post-treatment discomforts. Throughout the procedure, she checked on my comfort and asked if she could proceed. Afterward, she provided me with post-treatment instructions (no exfoliation or direct sunlight on treated areas for at least the next 24 hours). Despite the slight discomfort of the laser, she made the whole experience very comfortable and I hope all my future appointments are with her!About
