Her home based salon is very friendly, comfortable, clean and welcoming. I am always extremely pleased with my purple and blue colour and cut, and would not go anywhere else. Jaxon did this cover up piece on my leg. Tricky task as I didn't want it too dark, but the initial tattoo was quite dark. I reckon he did a top job concealing it and transforming it into a deeply symbolic piece that I'm really chuffed with :) and the pain was bearable. Absolutely shocking haircut and beard trim. Asked for a haircut and they just did one straight cut across the back of my head with no layers or style. The mustache trim was completely uneven, it's very noticeable. I suffer from depression and this experience just made me feel even worse. I strongly advise against going to this barber, it's a complete disaster. I feel ashamed of how I look now. Honestly, I really wanted to enjoy this spot but my experiences with Brazilian waxing here have been below par on multiple occasions. I've tried 3 different therapists and each time, they've missed spots, disregarded my preferred shape, and despite requesting hard wax, Ruby still used strips for most of the Brazilian. There should be an option for extended appointment slots so that if a client prefers hard wax, the esthetician can take their time as I understand it requires more precision to let the wax set.
