The salon refused a refund, offering a redo or voucher, which I declined. Ignoring calls now. I demand my money back as a student who can't afford such a poor service.About

I’ve never had a good experience with health care providers and today was a first, I walked into the clinic and was greeted by a bubbly bright young receptionist which immediately calmed my nerves for my first appointment the other employees walked in while I was filling out a form and the atmosphere was just so lively, the lady I saw for my issues was a delight to be around very attentive asked a lot of questions that wouldn’t of popped into my mind to talk about, the resources she provided me with was above and beyond. One star for the cover on the massage bed, that's all! Terrible experience on 31/9/24 !!! Attending a wedding, so I decided to pamper myself and got my eyebrows hennaed. The beautician assured me it would last for weeks. However, the very next day (1/10/24), almost half of it had come off. The lash tint was also a disappointment. Moreover, the color used was completely wrong and applied far too thickly. After noticing this in the car mirror, I went back to complain. I waited at the reception desk, rang the bell, but no one came out. I demand a refund!!! I have photographic evidence!! I will never return here!!!

The gel nails we received weren't the tidiest and didn't endure as long as anticipated, but the ladies who did our nails were amiable, and the establishment was modern and pristine with a serene ambiance. I was left alone in the chair with a fan blowing on my hands, unaware that the treatment was over. No massage or lotion was provided. The individual rushed through the nail treatment, neglecting to trim my cuticles and leaving glue and nail polish residue on my fingers. Despite paying for acrylic nails with French tips, I received messy, uneven white nails. The technician disregarded my preferences for length and shape, resulting in skin cuts from excessive filing and burning sensations from aggressive electric filing.
