I'm so let down by how my nails turned out. They didn't follow my shape and length requests, and ended up drilling into my skin, causing burns. They didn't even advise me to wash my hands, so now there's dust stuck in the nail polish, giving a bumpy and messy appearance. All my nails are crooked, uneven, and different sizes. I was gifted a full body relaxation pregnancy massage and it was so incredible! The atmosphere was so calming, and the massage itself was done with exceptional skill and care. I have had pretty severe SPD during my pregnancy, but the entire massage I was in a total state of comfort and relaxation, no pain triggers or anything for the whole 1.5 hours. Highly recommend visiting for a special treat, I’ll be back again myself very soon! Central place - The service was incredibly poor. Minimal communication, just a directive to wash hands. I was left alone in the chair with a fan blowing on my hands, unaware that the treatment was over. No massage or lotion was provided. The individual rushed through the nail treatment, neglecting to trim my cuticles and leaving glue and nail polish residue on my fingers. Despite paying for acrylic nails with French tips, I received messy, uneven white nails. The technician disregarded my preferences for length and shape, resulting in skin cuts from excessive filing and burning sensations from aggressive electric filing.
