Just had a session for a pregnancy massage. Disappointed as only received neck massage and stretching. For $100, I expected more. Also, lying on my back during pregnancy is not safe. I originally booked in for classic lashes but was upsold to volume for an extra $40, with the promise that they would look natural. However, I was switched from Kezia to Kirsty last minute. Unfortunately, the lashes started falling off the very next day. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund, there was some argument. While the eyebrow tint was done well, the overall experience with the lashes and customer service was disappointing. The stylist even mentioned a "mono brow" growing in (which I hadn't had a chance to pluck). It felt unprofessional. Downsides: Often understaffed lately. Prices on the higher side like most supermarkets. Decreasing range of products and brands being replaced with Pam's own labels. After sampling a few, 98% prefer the original brand for taste. Not a fan of the new layout - previous one made more sense. The lady was extremely rough, causing skin breakage, and now I have a scabbed and unpleasant face. My friend's eyebrows are now uneven. Honestly, the most dreadful experience I've ever had. Feeling let down but not surprised by the events on Saturday 10th August. I've been a loyal patron of farmers for years, but the recent conduct there has been unacceptable. I've personally witnessed a few instances where the staff were subjected to harassment by customers, and no action was taken. I've seen several young women break down in tears while still serving other customers after being yelled at. It's truly distressing to witness. I doubt the management is offering any support as I've never seen any of the aggressive customers being removed or addressed, ESPECIALLY today. A kind lady at the fragrance counter was shouted at by a customer, and no one came to her defense. It was a truly distressing sight. Even as a customer, I am deeply unsettled. Despite sending two emails to inquire about the delay, I have not received a response. Naturally, I'm quite frustrated as the birthday has already passed.
