I went today to get my eyebrows waxed and threaded, the person I usually go to, the Maori Indian one she was attending to someone else so I got it done by another person this time. My eyebrows were already in an arch shape and I wanted them to stay clean and in that shape, mate this person completely changed the shape, like do you know how long it takes to grow them and to actually maintain that shape. They caused my hair to break and fall out. I requested simple highlight streaks. Despite showing them the picture multiple times, the manager insisted she knew exactly what to do without needing the photo. They applied too much bleach to my hair, causing significant damage. Three individuals frantically worked on my hair as it fell out. When I inquired about the situation, they deceitfully claimed that all was well. They continued to try and hide the issue, roughly handling my hair for 3 hours. There was no gentleness, no concern for my already fragile hair. In the end, my hair sported 5 different colors: orange, white, purple, brown, green. They charged me $390, assuming I wouldn't notice the disaster on my head, lying to me about the outcome. Returning home, I faced the harsh reality in the mirror. This was by far the worst experience, truly traumatic. They manipulate you into thinking they didn't mess up, shifting the blame onto you. I tried to come to terms with it, but each day I witness my hair breaking and falling out. Response to establishment: no remorse and no responsibility. As a fellow business owner, it's disheartening to witness. Simply put, it's standard procedure that when doing a perm and trim, the haircut should come after. He's not one to seek conflict, but as a hair salon, this should be common knowledge. Why would anyone want half of their head to remain straight after a perm? Before the treatment, his hair length was sufficient for perming. I'm deducting another star due to the lackluster reply.About

Nearly at capacity upon our arrival on a Black Saturday evening. Thankfully, we had the foresight to reserve seats in advance. The servers were gracious and courteous, although the food did take a bit longer to arrive. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the ribs, venison, and rib eye. Our hunger was certainly satisfied.
