This morning, I visited the shopping centre to purchase a set of dishes worth $160. The person at the checkout, named Preeti, was not very helpful and displayed a negative attitude. The dishes were quite heavy, and when I requested an extra bag, she declined. Thankfully, another woman intervened and provided me with the bag. Furthermore, the dishes were not packed properly. It seems like Preeti could benefit from some training on how to provide customer service with a smile and genuine care.
