I've been coming to this clinic for around 10 years, and our entire family goes there too without any issues. Sure, there's a wait sometimes of up to 20 minutes, but that's expected at all good GPs, they're usually very busy. I would recommend this place to anyone. Libby has been my doctor for years and is always helpful and genuinely interested in what's going on. Some employees are kind, chatty, and caring, while others are quite rude. They misheard my digits and scolded me for it; if you're in a rush, avoid this place. My GP sent the script half an hour ago, I informed them I'd be there in 15 mins, but they only checked it when I arrived, making me wait longer. What's the point of electronic scripts if they're only reviewed upon pickup, causing more waiting time?

Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, won't even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist's attitude was like we were doing him a favour, in fact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take our prescriptions there. It does not cost to smile and does not cost to come out have a word with customers instead of passing messages back and forth via shop staff.About

Once while purchasing a pharmacy-only medication, and once while trying to fill a private prescription. Went for a trim and absolutely do not recommend it. It was a painful experience for someone with a high pain threshold; it felt like she was tugging on my hair with scissors as they were not gliding smoothly during the cut. My hair is a complete mess; I asked for layers and ended up with three-quarters of my head the same length and very short. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre, so I went to the first hair salon I saw. If I had known there were others, I definitely would not have chosen this one.
