Jeff really paid attention to my health, my pain, and my medical past. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable, which can sometimes be challenging with a male practitioner for me.
Jeff remained in the treatment room with me while the acupuncture needles were in place, which was very reassuring, especially since it was my first session.
He provided me with a sample salve for treating eczema and psoriasis.
I truly appreciated the comprehensive approach to my healing journey and am eager for my next session.

Purchased a gift voucher for my father, he had the worst time he has ever had at any spa. Bought the voucher for his birthday and have sent multiple emails, as has my dad, but we have not received any response. My dad had to cut the treatment short as it was awful, and the staff seemed untrained. He even had two people working on him at once, which was not what I paid for. This establishment deleted my dad's review, doesn't reply to emails, and refuses to provide a refund. Terrible business, would not recommend.About

Had a beautiful massage been here once before and the other massage shop in Waitara. Beautiful place, really set the mood with the water ornament and plants when you first walk in. Great customer service, I had a bad knot I think in my back she helped me and with extra massage and clicked my back. She was so kind I wish I had extra money at that time and I would have tipped her. Multiple times throughout the massage she asked me if I was okay and if it was the right pressure. I highly recommend this place and the beautiful customer service.
