I acquired this massage gun for ankle discomfort after injuring my ankle playing tennis. It worked exceptionally well and I recovered from the injury so swiftly after using it daily. Battery life is truly great as well, I use it almost daily and it lasts for over a week. Also, big shoutout to Sonal. She demonstrated how the product functions effectively and had extensive knowledge about it. She was delightful to interact with. I've been searching for months in Auckland to locate the right hue, visited numerous places, and no one could match it as it's an uncommon car color. I've visited Vivo Sylvia Park in the past for a simple trim with Ana, and there were no issues. That's why I decided to return yesterday. My appointment was booked for a cut and finish with Ana; however, I was attended to by another hairdresser (whose name I didn’t catch). I requested shoulder-length hair with a subtle curtain bang. I showed him three inspiration photos of what I wanted and made it clear what I didn't want: a sharp and opaque fringe look. When he began cutting the ('curtain’) bang, I thought he was working on a big section of my front hair. However, I am not an expert at haircutting, and I assumed this was the standard method for cutting curtain bangs. It went really quickly, and he was blowdrying my hair when I started feeling anxious and akward about the cut. At the moment, I thought it was because I was seeing my hair shorter after many years of having long hair. Looking back, I was in complete disbelief, and I needed to get out of there asap. Now, I'm left with an overly short and uneven opaque '70s fringe. I paid $85 for a mistake that I'll have to deal with for the next 6 months or more. I am now very self-conscious and anxious about my appearance, and I feel compelled to straighten my hair (something I've never done before) and use hair barrettes, which will likely cause further damage over time. That doesn’t even fix the mistake... However, the beautician arrived late and did my brows while on the phone, which I found quite rude. After finishing my brows, she made me wait even longer, still chatting on the phone in her native language and interrupting the service to talk to another staff member. She even paused for a good 5 minutes to share a story, laughing all the while.
