Just last week, I aimed to acquire a 3400 dollars laptop via cash and Afterpay, yet the employees were clueless about processing payment, only the manager - who was naturally occupied. Unprepared staff, lacking in management, with employees texting while clients wait to be served. Eventually resorted to online shopping instead of supporting a local store. Jenny and their colleague are exceptional massage therapists! My partner and I experienced the couples massage and they took the time to explain the treatments in detail. We felt like we were in very capable and caring hands. The double treatment suite is beautiful and very comfortable. It was really thoughtful that they offered us tea and a delicious little chocolate after the session. We would recommend Moss Spa to anyone!
