Many times I visited to make a purchase, but there's no one manning the tills, or no one assisting with your buy. Witnessed several patrons exiting after waiting behind vacant tills. Just last week, I aimed to acquire a 3400 dollars laptop via cash and Afterpay, yet the employees were clueless about processing payment, only the manager - who was naturally occupied. Unprepared staff, lacking in management, with employees texting while clients wait to be served. Eventually resorted to online shopping instead of supporting a local store. Kate is incredibly helpful in addressing all my questions, prompt and thorough in her responses. I was hesitant to make a reservation due to the initial rainy weather forecast.. Then a few days before confirmation, it was cloudy with occasional showers so I took the leap. And today, we were blessed with beautiful sunny weather. Wonderful!

Interested in flogging you pricey pharmacy goods, but unhelpful and almost rude for real assistance. This pharmacy in central Auckland is easy to spot. Having visited Auckland many times, I've needed basic pharmacy items like travel sickness meds for the kids heading to the ski fields. However, this pharmacy has consistently been unhelpful over the years. On my latest trip, I forgot my blood pressure meds. When I asked for an emergency supply, I was bluntly told to see a doctor for a prescription - no concern shown. No suggestions were made on how to get a prescription quickly. Though missing a few days won't kill me, a quick search reveals that NZ pharmacies can provide emergency supplies. Avoid unless necessary.
