While exploring Tauranga, I had an amazing experience with Srikham. I opted for a 2-hour Thai Oil Massage (Srikham was accommodating with the timing), and their strength was impressive. It's usually challenging for me to find masseurs who are strong enough and have a good understanding of the body, so this was a delightful surprise. Srikham was able to pinpoint and alleviate the tension and knots effectively. This was the worst nail extension experience I've ever had. Despite booking for 2:35, we waited for over an hour and didn't even get the technician we chose. It took nearly 3 hours for the SNS, which was unacceptable. I wanted a cat eye design, but it turned out to be a shimmery SNS instead. I'm extremely disappointed. This will definitely be my first and last visit. Jade, who I assume is the owner/manager, tried to be friendly but seemed to put too much pressure on her staff. The pricing was exorbitant.
