The service here is appalling, upon entering there was no greeting, no acknowledgment. I understand it was busy being a weekend. The barber who attended to me was constantly engrossed in his phone. He kept checking it repeatedly and at one point even made a call while holding the phone in one hand and the razor in the other hand cutting my hair. It was so frustrating. To get from the salon at Best Care Clinic Massage to 191 Penrose Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 670 from the stop near the salon and get off at the Penrose Train Station. From there, walk along Penrose Road for about 15 minutes to reach the clinic. If driving, head south on Penrose Road from the salon, turn right onto Station Road, left onto Great South Road, and then left onto Penrose Road to arrive at the clinic.

If you have scissors to cut hair use them. I felt ripped off came out looking like what I went in with. It was a trim at the bottom. Their prices are ridiculous now. Hence why I shop around and will no longer go to them. They should have specific pricing. Men's/women's short or long is different $50 above. They will use the straightener when you haven’t asked. I could have cut my own hair. Really disappointed they have gone this route.
